The 6-port USB2.0 optical terminal (also known as the USB2.0 optical fiber extender) is composed of a transmitter (T) and a receiver (R). It extends the USB interface of the host to the remote end and expands to 6 USB ports through single-mode or multi-mode optical fiber. The maximum transmission distance of optical fiber is 10 km (single-mode optical fiber). USB 1.1 keyboard and mouse, USB2.0 high-speed cameras, hard drives, USB flash drives, printers, scanners, audio devices, touch screens, game controllers, and other devices are supported. Power-on sequence:
1, the host end of the optical terminal machine (receiver R) inserted into the computer USB interface, computer power supply;
2. The optical terminal of the device (transmitter T) is connected to the 5-12V power supply and the optical fiber;
3. Connect the USB2.0 device to the optical terminal (transmitter T) at the device end.
Note: If the USB indicator is steady on and the FIBER indicator is blinking, the device is properly connected and working properly. Otherwise, reconnect the device.
