Sales Engineer:

Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for collecting and communicating information of new customers and developing new customers.

2. Effective communication with customers through telephone to understand customer needs, find sales opportunities and achieve sales performance;

3. Maintain the business of old customers and tap their maximum potential;

4. Communicate with customers regularly and establish a good long-term cooperative relationship.

5. Understand and guide customer needs, recommend corresponding products according to customer needs, and answer customer's relevant consultation to the company and products;

6. Be responsible for negotiating, signing and collecting sales contracts, and fulfill the sales tasks formulated by the company.


Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, etc.

2. Experience in telemarketing or channel marketing and security products is preferred.

3. Quick response, strong expressive ability, strong communication skills and affinity;

4. Have a certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;

5. Be responsible and able to work under great pressure.

6. Teamwork spirit, good at challenges.

 


Business Assistant:

Job requirements

1. Have good psychological quality, know customer psychology and sales skills.

2. College degree or above, marketing, management, business, secretarial and other related majors are preferred;

3. Proficiency in office software (mainly excel and word);

4. Open-minded, good at communicating, positive, conscientious, responsible, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, good oral presentation.

Reaching ability and communication skills;

5. More than one year working experience, business assistant/sales assistant or statistical workers are preferred;

6. Full of teamwork spirit, team service consciousness, able to adapt to greater work pressure;

7. Smart and flexible, with strong communication and coordination ability and execution ability;


Job responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the daily business order of the company's customers and regular communication.

2. Responsible for sorting out customer information; liaising with and communicating with customers; assisting sales managers to do a good job of telephone visits, and timely informing customers in the absence of salesmen

Household information should be properly handled.

3. Accept customer orders, make sales orders, and dock with finance;

4. Recording, collating and summarizing the relevant sales data in the business area. Relevant sales agreements, contracts and other archiving management.

5. Assist Department heads, regional managers and sales directors in dealing with related sales affairs.

6. Be responsible for the communication of customer's routine business and maintain good customer relationship with customers. Follow up and deal with customer feedback in time to maintain customer relationship.

7. Responsible for the collection and follow-up of customer's payment in the business area.

8. Understand the company's product information, receive customer telephone consultation to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
