Contents of warranty renewal:

1. The warranty is only limited to the host and power supply, the packaging and all kinds of wiring, software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered by the warranty.

2. If the equipment performance problem occurs within 15 days after the purchase of the product and the appearance is not scratched, the product can be directly replaced with a new one. During the free warranty period, the product must be tested by Jerry Optics Technology. After the failure is confirmed, the repaired good product of the same model or equivalent performance will be replaced, and the replaced defective spare parts will be owned by Jerry Optics; The fault-free products will be returned as is.

3. The warranty period of external power supply is 3 months. If the repaired power supply has obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken feet, serious deformation, and the power line is damaged, broken, bare core, etc., it will not be replaced, and users can purchase it separately.

4. When our service organization serves you, please bring the corresponding invoice and product warranty card; If you cannot show the above certificate, the free warranty period of this product will be calculated from its production date. If the product is repaired for a fee, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period of 3 months from the date of repair. Please ask for and keep your repair certificate.

5. The products that have been replaced and guaranteed by Jerry Guangtong will enjoy the remaining period of the original warranty plus a warranty period of 3 months.

The following situations are not covered by the free replacement warranty:

1. Product failure or damage caused by failure to install, use, maintain and keep in accordance with the requirements of the user manual;

2. The warranty period has expired;

3. Alter or tear the product bar code without authorization;

4. The product barcode or model on the product warranty card does not match the product itself;

5. Without the permission of Jerry Optics, change the inherent setting file or disassemble the machine for repair without authorization;

6. Product damage caused by unexpected factors or human actions, such as improper input voltage, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, falling, serious oxidation or rust of the product, etc;

7. Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the customer's return for repair;

8. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning, etc;

9. Other failures or damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other problems of the product itself.

Maintenance method:

When the product you purchased fails, you can go to the product purchase office with valid vouchers such as purchase invoice and warranty card and ask for replacement warranty service on your behalf. Due to the nationwide joint guarantee of Jerry Optronic technology products, you can also contact our after-sales department directly when you cannot contact the dealer.

The dealers who distribute Jerray Optical Technology products apply for warranty service on behalf of customers to the rear part of Jerray Optical. In case that the new products can be replaced directly according to the warranty provisions, the dealer can directly replace the new products for the customer. In other cases, the dealer can replace the new parts for the customer after the repair parts are replaced by the dealer at Jerry Optical Technology.

The customer or dealer shall bear the freight for sending the repaired products to Jerry Optical Technology, and Jerry Optical Technology shall bear the freight for sending the products after warranty to the customer or dealer.

Special statement:

The above service commitment is only applicable to the JRGT products sold by our company in Chinese Mainland. If the after-sales service terms are otherwise agreed upon when the product is sold, the contract confirmed by Jerry Optical Technology shall prevail.

Our company will not assume any responsibility for other commitments made by the dealer to the customer that are not guaranteed by Jerry Optical Technology. Please ask the dealer for a written certificate when purchasing so that the dealer can fulfill the additional commitments to you.
