The 10/100/1000M IEEE802.3ah OAM is a single point-to-point network management transceiver that supports single-node network management on the Web interface. That is, when configured as an independent device, you can operate, manage, and maintain the peer and remote devices through the Web user interface. When the switch is used in pairs or connected to a Fibre Channel switch that supports the 802.3ah OAM standard, the switch supports loopback monitoring and remote power failure alarm, providing simple operation, powerful management, and easy maintenance.
